Three, use and adjustment
Before using the detector, we should check whether it is fixed and firm, and the working environment should be clean. The detector, especially the joint where the injector is mounted, should be wiped clean, and then add No. 0 light diesel oil deposited for more than 48 hours. It is strictly forbidden to use unqualified diesel oil.
1. Injector assembly opening pressure test
Put the tee in the middle of the bracket, rotate the screw on the bracket, rotate the high-pressure oil pipe, fix the injector assembly. After inspecting the sealing of the installation, press the dynamic pressure rod to pump oil, and look at the pressure gauge. The highest value indicated by the gauge needle is the opening pressure of the injector. The fixed injector of the unusable bracket can be rotated. Screw plug on lower right side, fix fuel injector assembly and test again. If the opening pressure exceeds the prescribed pressure range, the pressure regulating spring of the injector shall be adjusted until it meets the requirements.
2. Injection angle of fuel injector assembly. After adjusting the opening pressure of the injector, the injection angle test can be carried out. At the H distance below the injector assembly, a piece of white paper or a piece of wire cloth coated with butter is placed, and then the oil is pumped several times. When an injector circle or an empty circle on the wire cloth can be clearly seen on the paper, the nozzle of the injector assembly is measured to the wire cloth. Or white paper, the distance H and the circular diameter D, press the formula to calculate the injector spray angle a.

3. Atomization test:
Press the pressure bar to injector, observe the spray atomization of the injector assembly, spray oil particles should be fine and even, no oil flow can be seen by the naked eye. After the injection, there will be no oil droplets left or dripping oil.
Four, maintenance
1. The test oil must be No. 0 light diesel oil or test oil which has been sunk for 48 hours. Silk cloth is used to filter the oil.
2, before use should wipe clean, after use, should shine on the protective cover.
3. When the screw is fixed to the fuel injector assembly, the screw should not be exerting too much force to avoid burning the wire.
4, the pressure gauge should be checked regularly (half a year).
5, when not refueling, can not press the pressure bar, so as not to damage the plunger.
