1.      Nozzle Needle ( lift)-setting ring gauge ( Intermediate pin):
Nozzle Needle (lift)-setting ring gauge, full load oil quantity:
Thick ---small delivery oil     Thin ---delivery oil big
Truck nozzle Needle lift: 200+-10    250+-10   300+-10
Cummins  210  thick  S(mm) :1.000,1.020,1.040……1.380.
2. (Lift) -setting ring gauge: magnet iron Maximum motion displacement, effect whole area of the injection, pre-injection are most obvious.
Pre- injection: Thick –big delivery oil Thin ---delivery oil small, Passenger Cars: 40+—5um
Business car 50+-5um, lower than 30 higher than 70, no injection.
1) thick S(mm),1.190,1.192,1.194…….1.298
2Thick S(mm),1.512,1.514,1.516…..1.686
3.      Magnet iron spring disc: full points, affection for the oil quantity is smallest.
Magnet iron spring disc- full points: Thick- oil quantity small. Thin- oil quantity big .
Common rail injection disassembly must with Torque Wrench.

4.      Nozzle spring disc: low rail pressure area, low speed is most obvious,
Low speed oil quantity: thick- oil quantity small.  Thin – oil quantity big
